Morae Global is seeking qualified candidates for an upcoming remote Document Review Project. This opportunity is open only to candidates residing in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, and VA.
We are looking for a very large team of experienced Attorneys/Paralegals with background experience in items relating to Cyber Incident Response (CIR) tasks in the data breach analysis environment to join this project.
Role: Reviewer, Document Review – Cyber Incident Response (CIR)
Background:
Morae is a leading provider of Document Review services to the post-breach Cyber Incident Response value chain.
Following a breach, in cases of data exfiltration, potentially accessed documents need to be reviewed for exposure of PII/PHI wherein individuals or entities need to be notified within stipulated timelines as per jurisdictional requirements.
This entails review of documents on a platform (e.g., Relativity) and extraction of defined data points as directed by a protocol.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Review documents on Relativity platform and identify / capture Personal Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as per the protocol.
Logistics:
Reviewers should have access to their personal laptops for this project. If otherwise, please specify.
Work in a team led by a Review Manager who will provide guidance, monitor progress, provide feedback, and answer questions
Must be available online during core hours, as set by the Review Manager; there may be some flexibility in hours TBD
Onboarding will include training on general data breach review requirements, review platform as needed, and substantive, project-specific training
Expectations / Targets will be defined – Output/Productivity, Quality levels
Minimum Requirements:
Use of basic Microsoft Office tools
Highspeed internet connection
Quiet, private workspace
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime/weekend work
Desired Qualifications:
Previous data breach/incident response review experience required
Relativity proficiency preferred
Experience working with sensitive information
Role requirements:
Requirement of basic Microsoft Tools experience.
Experience of Data Breach/Incident Response Review experience.
Experience working on Relativity. If not, working knowledge of other similar tools.
Availability over the next 1-3 months
