The Dhanani Group is a leading quick service restaurant chain dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience and high-quality food. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team.

Job Summary: The Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes and maintaining efficient communication within the team and with external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

. Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update legal documents, contracts, and records.

. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates for the legal team.

. Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.

. File Maintenance: Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.

. Research: Search for and gather information as requested by attorneys.

. Database Management: Update and manage legal databases and tracking systems.

. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.

. Expense Reporting: Prepare and process expense reports for the legal department. Coordinate with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure timely processing and payment.

. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for legal team members.

Qualifications:

. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a legal or corporate environment.

Skills:

. Strong organizational and time management skills.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

. Attention to detail and accuracy.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
