Are you detail-oriented with a strong legal background? Our client is seeking a Document Review Specialist to analyze bids and proposals, ensuring compliance and accuracy in contractual documentation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal document review, contracts, or procurement who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
M-F/8-5 Pay will be $50,000-$60,000 DOE, Full Benefits offered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review and analyze bids, proposals, and contracts for accuracy, compliance, and risk assessment.
Ensure all documents meet regulatory and legal standards before submission.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and document tracking for audit and reference purposes.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance contract processes and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
Experience in legal document review, contract analysis, or procurement.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
