Newman, Anzalone & Newman, LLP. is seeking a no fault paralegal / legal assistance to join our team in Rego Park, Queens. Our office is expanding and this is an excellent position for dedicated professionals who are seeking job stability and to utilize their skills within a positive office environment.
We are seeking a motivated and organized person that is already competent in filing no fault claims and can be trained to assist with intakes.
REQUIRED:
Minimum 2 years plaintiff personal injury employement
SmartAdvocate Case Management Software Experience
PREFERRED:
Bi-lingual Spanish
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake completion / opening files
Drafting/Filing No Fault Application, MVAIC, AAA Arbitrations
Communicating with clients and insurance adjusters
Coordinating with all members of a case team
