4+ years of Minnesota family law paralegal experience
Solid understanding of Minnesota court rules and procedures

Responsibilities
Investigate and collect case facts, documents, and evidence for attorney review.
Organize and maintain digital case files, ensuring compliance with the firm’s standards.
Conduct legal research, including case law, statutes, and judicial decisions, and provide detailed reports.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, motions, affidavits, and correspondence with precision.
Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence, coordinating subpoenas, and verifying information.
Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and assisting attorneys in the courtroom.
Ensure timely, accurate, and complete filings and service of legal documents.
Qualifications
4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience.
Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure.
A professional demeanor is a must.
Compensation
$50,000 – $70,000 yearly
