The Client – is a renowned International Law Firm that is a leader in the legal space.
They are looking for a D&I Advisor to join the team in their London office. This firm prides itself on supporting internal progression through empowering and supporting all employees to achieve their potential. This role is newly created and is designed to support the international D&I Team.
The Role – is based in London with some flexibility of home working. As the D&I Advisor you will be joining a Global Team of committed and passionate colanguages headed up by the firm’s D&I Director.
Typical tasks may include:
Looking for opportunities to raise the profile of D&I activities by working with the internal communications team and assisting with the global D&I communications plan
Taking ownership of key global D&I initiatives, such as developing training curriculums, delivering surveys, running events, creating global partnerships
Supporting the collection, analysis and reporting of global diversity data
Overseeing, supporting and event organisation for existing networks – also identifying opportunities for new networks to be born or resources needed
You – will have c. 2 years’ previous D&I experience and be able to demonstrate you can influence Senior Stakeholders and build good relationships.
You must have experience within Legal or Finance.
You will also need to have strong communication skills, both internally, externally but also within formal plans or strategies.
