What You’ll Do:
Build expertise as you help draft and review contracts for business and real estate transactions
Contribute to top-notch legal guidance for clients on a variety of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and real estate deals
Support all stages of real estate and business litigation with a focus on problem-solving
Develop confidence to take litigation cases from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
A California-licensed attorney with 0-3 years of experience in transactions or litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong verbal communication and legal writing skills
A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive, mentoring environment
