Position Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney who takes pride in doing things the right way—every time. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced structured work environment. This role involves managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish, adhering closely to established systems and procedures to ensure each file is handled with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and manage purchase and sale agreements, title documents, closing disclosures, Deeds and other transaction-related documents.
Conduct residential real estate closings and ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met.
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and team members to provide clear, factual updates and support throughout the transaction.
Analyze title work and proactively resolve title issues within established legal and procedural frameworks.
Follow defined processes consistently to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes.

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut (RI preferred; multi-state licensing a plus).
1–5 years of experience in residential real estate law or related transactional practice.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with title review, title curative work, and conveyancing.
Ability to manage multiple files while adhering to strict standards of quality and accuracy.
Experience with closing software is a plus (e.g., Softpro, Qualia, RamQuest)
