A prominent Singapore law firm is seeking an Associate /Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. The practice handles a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including commercial litigation and arbitration, while also taking on regulatory advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
- Draft and review pleadings, submissions, contracts, and advisory documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic input on complex disputes and corporate matters.
- Support general corporate and advisory work, including compliance and transactional matters.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulators to ensure effective case management.
Requirements
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid background in dispute resolution; exposure to regulatory advisory work is advantageous.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deepen expertise across disputes and corporate advisory.
