Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the office, ensuring that all title documents are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner, and excellent customer service skills to assist clients quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process title work for automotive transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with relevant DMV/BMV to obtain documentation and information related to title processing. This will include out of state transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining title processes, and guiding them through necessary steps.
Maintain organized records of all transactions and ensure that all documentation is filed correctly for easy retrieval.
Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to titles in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position does require cashiering, and filing as needed throughout the day.
Working with the Sales Department to process automotive deal packets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
