Mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigated matters Commercial disputes Property litigation Professional negligence
Person specification:
A qualified solicitor or legal executive 0 – 5 years PQE Highly motivated and self driven professional Able to engage directly with clients, take instructions and offer advice Able to prepare and deal with cases from inception to conclusion, taking full responsibilities for matters Familiar with current rules regarding professional conduct of solicitors or legal executive Willing to assist senior members of the team when required Benefits:
