This role pays a
competitive salary
of
30,000 – 45,000 annum
depending on experience.
This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
Handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, contractual disputes, property disputes, and debt recovery.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, to seek cost-effective resolutions for clients.
About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
A UK qualified solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
At least 3 years of experience in dispute resolution/litigation, ideally within a law firm setting.
Strong client care and communication skills.
