About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Discovery Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for local professionals with a strong interest in litigation and personal injury law to gain hands-on legal experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys and paralegals with organizing and reviewing medical records, police reports, accident photos, and case documents
Draft and format discovery demands, responses, and subpoenas
Maintain and update case management systems and physical files
Track outstanding discovery and coordinate follow-ups with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
Provide general litigation support including document indexing, file audits, and preparation for depositions or trial
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
