Desired Experience:
Legal Environment (law office, insurance, or case management)
Workers’ Compensation (preferred)
Litigation or personal injury experience (preferred)
Paralegal Certification (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Familiarity with case management software
Previous experience will be considered for compensation negotiations and higher placement as a Worker Compensation Case Manager II or III.
What Will I Be Doing?
Our Workers’ Compensation Case Managers are empathetic advocates and detail-driven litigation support specialists who work directly with attorneys during the litigation phase. You’ll be responsible for:
Assisting with document drafting, discovery responses, and case strategy
Preparing medical summaries, exhibits, and prep materials
Managing client communication
Ensuring our clients’ stories are told with clarity and compassion
This position is full time: Weekdays M-Th 8–5 PM and Fridays 8–4 PM.
