This boutique construction litigation law firm is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Director of Legal Operations to build and run the systems that keep casework moving efficiently as the firm grows. This role is the firm’s backbone, ensuring case management systems, workflow, deadlines, and staffing are coordinated. As the Director, you will work closely with the COO, Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Operations to keep the firm running well. Qualified candidates will have experience in legal operations, practice management, or paralegal/case management leadership, ideally within a law firm; working knowledge of legal case management systems; and an affinity for improving processes.
