Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Family Law, including Estate Planning. This role requires excellent legal research and drafting skills, along with the ability to effectively litigate cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with the senior attorney and clients to provide comprehensive legal support and representation.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Assist in the litigation process by preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
Utilize Lexis-Nexis and other legal research tools to gather relevant information.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Florida
Proven experience in legal administrative tasks is preferred.
Familiarity with litigation processes and experience in court appearances is advantageous.
Strong skills in legal drafting and research methodologies.
Knowledge of Estate Planning, Divorces, Custody and Pre and Post Marital Agreements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
