A leading healthcare technology integrator is seeking a Director to oversee corporate tools, security and data compliance, risk management, and ensure corporate standards are aligned with legal standards. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure governance tools align with data protection and security standards.
Identify and implement internal business processes that accompany identified governance tools.
Act as a liaison for governance related matters with internal leadership
Support enterprise initiatives ensuring corporate responsibility practices align with governance standards.
Develop reports on governance metrics and risk assessments for stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Governance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
8+ years in corporate governance, legal compliance, risk management, or similar roles, ideally within a tech company.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting tech companies, including data privacy laws and cybersecurity requirements.
Strong leadership and analytical and problem solving skills.
