Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role involving mainland affairs, with solid cross-boundary (Mainland-HK) collaboration experience
- Proven track record in result delivery of institutional co-operations, ideally within I&T, economic zones, or infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of Greater Bay Area policies, Shenzhen’s innovation ecosystem and technology strategies
- Ability to strong grasp legal, fiscal, and administrative differences between HK and the Mainland, and practical experience in bridging them
- Strong track record of engaging Mainland officials at bureau level or above, and senior executives in private enterprises
- Candidates with work experience in government or statutory bodies is a plus
- Fluent in Putonghua and English; Able to speak Cantonese is a plus
