We are working with an outstanding Company that is looking for an experience transactional attorney, with comfortability handling many different types of contracts. Should have experience in either real estate or corporate practice. The attorney will provide strategic legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, structure, negotiate, and review a wide range of sophisticated commercial agreements in compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including risk management, accounting, tax, and finance teams, to ensure consistency, alignment, and adherence to best practices in commercial contracting.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise attorneys and legal staff by managing workloads, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development and training initiatives.
- Identify and assess legal and business risks, recommend practical risk mitigation strategies, and advise senior leadership and internal stakeholders on risk considerations and commercial tradeoffs related to complex transactions.

Education & Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school required.
- Minimum of 8 years of transactional and commercial legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, supported by strong academic credentials.
Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with the ability to prepare contracts, reports, and business correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Proven experience leading legal strategy and managing complex commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, business-focused solutions to complex legal issues that support strategic objectives.
- Ability to translate legal analysis into practical, actionable guidance for business and operational teams.
- Strong professional judgment, analytical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate and balance legal and commercial risk effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and responsive in a dynamic work environment.
- Capable of managing multiple high-priority matters simultaneously while maintaining collaborative and professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, contract management systems, and online legal research tools.
