We are looking for a Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with document preparation, face to face communication skills, computer and phone skills, the ability to count and handle money, and provide a confident customer service experience. A successful candidate will be able to review bulk documents for accuracy and completeness, prepare paperwork accurately with data entry and handwriting skills and ensure that all necessary documents are filed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, able to be organized in multiple areas at once and enjoys a face paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process title documents, registrations and licenses.
Verify accuracy of title documents and supporting pages.
Perform title searches and document retrieval by paper and computer.
Provide customer service to customers regarding all transactions.
Process payments for all services.
Have the mentality and eagerness to improve your own processing skills day to day.
Additional Information:
Must be able to work an average of 40 hours per week.
Must be available Monday – Friday from 8am to 5:45p
Must be available two (2) Saturdays per month from 9am to 12:30pm.
Must understand that your weekly schedule will vary slightly.
Must arrive to scheudled shift no later than 7 minutes prior.
This position is a general position and there is no available advancement opportunites at this time.
