WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own SPA drafting, negotiation, and execution for major residential and commercial transactions
- Lead all government land authority engagements: DLD, RERA, and regional equivalents
- Manage land acquisition and disposal — title transfers, Oqood, escrow compliance, NOC processes
- Advise senior leadership directly on regulatory risk, deal structuring, and transaction execution
- Manage external counsel and a small internal legal team
WHAT WE NEED
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years' PQE, at least 5 in UAE real estate law
- Fluent Arabic — written and spoken. Mandatory, not preferred
- Hands-on SPA and DLD/RERA experience at transaction level
- Commercial instinct: you advise on deals, not just review them
- In-house developer experience preferred; top-tier private practice considered
