Our Client is a leading innovative commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing therapies for rare diseases.
The legal team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced Senior Legal Operations Manager to support all aspects of legal. As Legal Operations Manager, you will be key in creating processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team, facilitate change, and control costs. This is a generalist role that involves managing and supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Legal and Compliance on corporate governance matters and SEC filings
Support, streamline, and manager contract management system and engage in drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements
Assist in budget forecasting and maintenance
Integral strategist in streamlining processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and complaince, and risk management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations, corproate paralegal, or project management
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Strong knowledge of legal technology and tools
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
Preferred: Previous experience working at a larger firm.
