Litigation secretary for personal injury law firm to answer phones, calendar coordinate, take messages, schedule new clients, assist with discovery with clients and attorney. Tracking of DED Dates and obtaining expert reports.Meet with clients for proper and detailed intake purposes and draft basic letters. Prepare demand packets. Case manage Lit-Litigation files. Bilingual Spanish is required. Must have minimum one year legal experience. The salary is based on experience.
