Position: Paralegal and Legal Assistant
Location: 40 North Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207
Duration: 2 years contract
Paralegals must:
A) Be professional and provide drafted decisions in the time frame provided.
B) Possess paralegal certification.
C) Have a minimum of two years of experience drafting legal documents and providing complex clerical level legal support services to an attorney, preferably with an emphasis on litigation.
D) Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of legal
language and principles, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
E) Maintain confidentiality and agree to non-disclosure agreements maintained by the
Contractor and available for inspection by OTDA (See Attachment A).
F) Access systems and complete all assignments within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift
