Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and counsel to Genting Singapore Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Advising on a wide range of matters including general corporate matters, corporate transactions (such as investments, M&A, joint ventures), financing, and commercial contracts.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements.
Ensuring compliance with and advising on the requirements of the SGX Listing Rules (including filings and public disclosures) and corporate governance principles and regulations (including advising on board meetings, corporate resolutions, and company constitution).Managing IP portfolio and related matters.
Providing support in managing the corporate secretariat team, including supporting Board meetings and overseeing regular reporting and filings with ACRA and the Gambling Regulatory Authority.
Preparing and delivering training/updates on key legal and compliance topics.
