Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Lawyer with Lemon Law experience to join our legal team. As a Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and conducting thorough legal research. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Lemon Law.
Duties:
– Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
– Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal settings.
– Conduct comprehensive legal research using resources like Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
– Draft a variety of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
– Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to clients’ cases.
– Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
– Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of case files for easy retrieval and reference.
Requirements:
-Law School graduate with a Valid Bar
– Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
– Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in Lemon Law, Consumer Law, Personal injury, and Workers Compensation Law.
– Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw and other relevant databases.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
– Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice based on thorough research.
– Experience in drafting various legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
– Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
– Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
