Job Description:
We are actively seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney to join a dynamic and fast-growing legal team. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, provide strategic counsel to employers, and make a real impact in clients’ businesses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career in labor and employment law.
Responsibilities:
Handle labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and harassment matters.
Advise clients on workplace compliance, employee relations, HR policies, and employment-related risk management.
Draft and negotiate employment agreements, including severance, non-compete, and confidentiality agreements.
Represent clients before federal and state agencies, including the EEOC and NLRB.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery documents.
Partner with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies and deliver practical legal solutions.
Class and collective actions and wage & hour matters required.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in [insert applicable state].
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
Strong litigation skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
A client-first attitude and a proactive approach to legal problem-solving.
Admission in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
