We are seeking a full-time licensed attorney to join our team. You should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional guidance to consumers. A background and understanding of real estate and/or consumer protection law is ideal. Experience with client intake, consumer bankruptcy, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred. We are looking for someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience as an attorney. This position requires a lot of contact with individual clients. A Minnesota or North Carolina license is preferred, but not required. All qualified candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and timeshare matters.
Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc.
Advise clients on risks inherent in various contractual relationships.
