Job Overview
Support revenue growth efforts of Sponsorship and Special Gifts through strategic identification, cultivation, solicitation, administration, stewardship and relationship management.
Provide ongoing support of Friends of ACL program and as a back-up to Development Specialists where and when needed.
Manage transition of gift and membership data related to Friends of ACL, Sponsorship and Special Gifts to the data team. Maintain ongoing integrity of gift and membership data and processes to ensure accurate donor records.
Roles And Responsibilities
Support revenue growth efforts of Sponsorship and Special Gifts through identification, cultivation, solicitation, administration and stewardship:
Identify available capacity and hospitality opportunities at tapings and fundraising events
Assist in building sponsorship packages and Special Gifts proposals
Oversee gift tracking for payment and related data integrity
Track and support implementation of contractual deliverables
Steward donors and sponsors in building strong relationships
Donor communications related to deliverables and stewardship activities
Provide Ongoing Support Of Friends Of ACL Program
Support efforts to ensure full studio audience
Support ticketing infrastructure and data for ACL tapings and other development events
Co-lead relationship with AXS Ticketing support
Support customer support efforts related to the ticketing system and RSVP of donors
Co-lead Will Call functions on-site at ACL tapings at ACL Live at The Moody Theater and other development related events
Support membership renewal processes
Support messaging and electronic announcements, invitations, newsletter related to ACL tapings.
Manage Transition Of And Ongoing Integrity Of Gift And Membership Data. Maintain Ongoing Integrity Of Gift And Membership Data And Processes To Ensure Accurate Donor Records
Liaison with Database Manager to transition gift and membership data related to Friends of ACL from Raiser’s Edge to REV.
Aid in establishing functional data processes across all databases and tools
Maintain integrity of donor data and accurate gift records including pledge entry, gift agreements, gift audit, reconciliation and acknowledgement, especially where donor facing
Other duties as assigned by the Director, Friends of ACL including but not limited to:
Coordination with Accounting department on incoming gifts and payables
Special projects
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred, Advanced Degree desired
Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Luminate is highly desired.
Experience with AXS FanAccount or other ticketing systems is highly desired.
Excellent customer service skills.
Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, donors, sponsors and board members.
Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
Skills and confidence to efficiently and accurately work within a busy Development team.
This is a hybrid position primarily done onsite. Salary is $65,000 + Benefits
