- Prioritize work based on client requests and prospect priorities
- Engage directly with landowners or their representatives via email, phone, video call, and/or in person to discuss the execution of a solar, wind, and/or energy storage lease, easement, or purchase option
- Coordinate directly and communicate effectively with the Project Manager, client, and other representatives as needed for project development
- Secure real estate documentation, including title commitments, deeds, trust certificates, articles of incorporation, operating agreements, and similar records
- Provide landowner information and documentation to support the firm’s drafting of executable Land Agreements
- Work with landowners to facilitate execution of all Land Agreements
- Provide weekly summaries of landowner engagements and progress on site control of prospective areas
- Track local politics and provide insight on incentives and activities that may influence landowner engagements
- Support public hearing attendance and other liaison activities where landowner knowledge and relationships are valuable
- Work a standard 40-hour week, with early mornings or evenings sometimes required to accommodate landowner schedules, and additional hours during peak weeks
