As a result of our continued business expansion plan, an opportunity exists with us at our Legal Department.
The Profile
- Familiar with Land and Condominium Property Law and attend to all matters relating to examination of title of land. Should be conversant in Tesawalamai law and other personal laws.
- Draft and attest Mortgage Bonds and other Deeds.
- Excellent knowledge of Commercial Law and the ability to draft contracts/agreements independently in English.
- Liaise with external lawyers, relevant government departments, regulators and clients.
- Provide legal advice on Company legal matters and changes made to legislation, as and when necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with an excellent command of the Tamil and English Languages.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports for management information purposes.
- Computer Literacy.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public below 35 years of age preferably female with the Notaries License ( Colombo) to practice in English and Tamil Languages.
- Minimum of 05 years of professional experience in Notarial work.
- Should be a methodical and dynamic person with good interpersonal skills and be able to work with minimum supervision.
