✨ What You’ll Do
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial, vendor, facility, and operational agreements to mitigate risk.
- Legal Advisory & Governance: Advise management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters while implementing governance policies and compliance frameworks.
- Dispute & Litigation Oversight: Coordinate with external legal counsel on notices, contractual disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret applicable laws, monitor regulatory developments, support licensing/accreditation, and manage organizational risk.
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required; Company Secretary (CS) qualification highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience in corporate legal affairs and contract management.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience within a corporate, hospital, healthcare, or highly regulated environment is an added advantage.
- Core Competencies: Expertise in contract drafting/vetting, labor law, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
