Distinguished, national insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced COLORADO BODILY INJURY / GENERAL LIABILITY DEFENSE Litigation Attorneys to join their DENVER team. (This position can be HYBRID REMOTE!)
Should have significant experience with CO Bodily Injury Defense or Plaintiff’s Personal Injury cases, namely Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability and other General Liability issues.
***IDEAL Candidates have 2 + years experience with CO Bodily Injury & General Liability Defense Litigation or other insurance defense cases***
DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of medical records/bills to identify damages, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls, and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should also have trial experience or at least “trial prep” experience.
BENEFITS:
Competitive Base Salary ($110,000 to $170,000 DOE)
