Ø Oversee
legal compliance
management for the company’s overseas operations.Ø Provide end-to-end legal support for international projects, including marketing, negotiation, and contract execution.Ø Establish and maintain relationships with overseas legal service providers and professional resources.Ø Assist the Head of Legal in corporate governance-related legal affairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Ø Minimum 10 years of legal practice, including 3+ years as legal team leader or corporate legal head.Ø
Proven track record
in handling cross-border compliance, dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration), and international negotiations.Ø Proactively mitigate compliance risks through systematic controls.

Skills:
Ø Ability to assess legal risks across
diverse
jurisdictions, regulatory frameworks, and enforcement practices, proposing actionable solutions.
Business & Risk Acumen:Ø Strong commercial awareness to provide risk assessments and legal advisory support.Ø Experience leading teams in high-stakes contract reviews, negotiations, and crisis management.
