About the Role
DGM Legal to Manage Corporate Legal for Gainwell Commmosales Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities
Manage corporate legal, litigation and compliance for group companies.
Have to take lead in independently handling group legal cases, contracts, negotiations, statutory compliance, commercial transactions and corporate legal transactions.
Qualifications
LB/LLM from tier 1 or tier 2 college in India.
Experience
Minimum 10 to 15 Years of experience post qualification.
Required Skills
Knowledge and experience in recovery cases like IBC, Section 138, Arbitration, Section 9 applications, etc.
Knowledge and experience in intellectual property registrations like TM, Patent, Copyright and IP Agreements like licensing and Assignments.
Knowledge and experience in contract drafting – SLA, BG, NDA, MOU, Commercial contracts like Supply and Service, Corporate contracts like JV Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Dealership Agreements etc.
Knowledge and experience in Statutory Compliance implementation and monitoring.
Knowledge and experience in financial contracts like Loan Agreement, Facility Agreement, Security Agreements like Pledge, Hypothecation, Mortgage etc.
Experience in Buy side due diligence, Acquisitions, Mergers will be added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Industry experience from similar domain.
