Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on complex topics
• Assist in managing legal work across the Department
• Direct litigation and administrative appeals processes
• Collaborate with staff on legal policies and best practices
• Provide legal training for various topics to Department staff
Requirements:
• Five years of legal experience as a practicing attorney
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• Experience with commercial lending and complex finance transactions
• Proficient in Uniform Commercial Code filings and loan enforcement
