This role will be a hybrid role: 80% paralegal, 20% office manager. As paralegal, this person will be responsible for filing pleadings and motions, calendaring deadlines in active cases, and organizing case files, among other duties, in employment and personal injury matters. As office manager, this person will perform limited administrative tasks that will require in-person work at our North Loop office a few hours a week.

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience supporting cases in federal court and state court, including experience supporting trials. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent attention to detail; highly organized, proactive.
Professional manner and ability to interface with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Familiarity with legal document management systems and e-discovery platforms.
Commitment to plaintiff-side work.
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
The minimum salary for this position will be $63,000 on an annualized basis. Candidates with more experience will be compensated accordingly and are encouraged to apply.
