Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload involving various legal issues.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Alabama
3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Established client base preferred
