JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney
LOCATION: Kentucky, Hybrid
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related
POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full Time – Exempt – Professional

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Provide legal advice to clients on a range of issues
Attend court hearings and trials
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Familiarity with real estate, default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections
High degree of organizational skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
Self-driven with ability to work independently or collaboratively, as needed
Excellent and adaptive interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and time-bound client service
LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky
THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES ARE DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY:
Multi-state licensure (IN and/or OH preferred)
Federal Licensure
Relevant practice experience including experience in handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and collections cases preferably handling creditors rights
