Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role located in Plano, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiation, and handling various legal matters as described above.
Compensation
Compensation is based on an annual base-salary plus commissions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience including litigation.
Experience in ADR specifically with arbitration.
Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team on larger cases.
Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
Experience in civil litigation is a plus.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
