Hagans is a plaintiffs’ litigation firm specializing in trials, arbitrations, and appeals for complex commercial cases and catastrophic personal injury cases.
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), motivated, and detail-oriented litigation paralegal. Responsibilities include e-filing (state and federal); calendaring and monitoring deadlines; preparation of discovery requests and pleadings; e-discovery; case maintenance; document production; assuming point of contact position for relevant parties; drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel; trial preparation; scheduling of case-related events. This is an on-site position.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, including the appropriate use of grammar; the ability to clearly communicate verbally; the ability to work both autonomously and with a team; a professional demeanor; be a quick learner and self-starter.  Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred.
