Our client, a new, fast growing, and leading Insurance Defense firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team. This role focuses on SIU fraud investigations and requires strong litigation skills.

Responsibilities:
Handle insurance fraud cases from start to finish
Take and defend depositions
Argue motions in court
Develop case strategies through detailed questioning
Conduct SIU fraud investigations and build strong legal arguments
1-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong analytical, listening, and questioning skills
Ability to work independently and manage cases
Comfortable litigating in court and handling complex cases
Additional Details:
In-office position
Salary: $85,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
