P/T RECEPTIONIST NEEDED FOR PI LAW FIRM
MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, & THURSDAYS 10am to 7pm (about 25 hours weekly)
The selected candidate must be a well-presented individual with empathy, high integrity, and strong work ethic. Bi-lingual candidates with general knowledge of personal injury law will get the most immediate and highest consideration.
Kogan & DiSalvo is a highly respected personal injury law firm that specializes in representing people that have been hurt. Kogan & DiSalvo was established in 1994 and serves Stuart, Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, St. Lucie, and other surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be organized, skillful, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and diplomatic. The P/T RECEPTIONIST is a key point of contact to make sure clients’ needs are exceeded in real-time.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system
Document caller information into CRM system
Coordinate with Intake personnel for calls that are from people that are injured and do not currently have legal representation and are seeking legal representation
Understand personal stress and frustrations relating to incoming calls from those that have been injured; be able to respond with quick action, strong empathy, and for the purpose of resolving issues.
Understanding law firm dynamics and lingo is especially helpful in this role.
Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and distribute incoming packages
Assist with various administrative duties including copying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
Well-presented personal appearance; friendly and helpful demeanor
Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
Able to take direction and work with little supervision
Able to listen to concerns and direct calls according to internal procedures and policies
Familiar with computers, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems
Ability to gain familiarity with legal terminology
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Personal Injury experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
