Location: In-Office | Full-Time | Boutique Law Firm
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000+ (DOE & Portable Book of Business)

A well-respected, boutique general practice law firm seeks a talented and driven Associate Attorney to join our in-office team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a well-rounded background in transactional law, real estate, and general litigation (contract and probate) who is eager to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact within a small, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of legal experience
A small portable book of business (preferred)
A passion for varied legal work and the ability to handle both transactional and litigation matters.
A desire to grow with the firm and eventually play a leadership (ownership) role in the transition of firm ownership over the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing contracts and real estate documents
Handling entity formation and corporate governance matters
Managing real estate and title transactions
Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda and briefs
Drafting pleadings and motions; preparing and responding to discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
Regularly communicating updates and strategy to clients
