We are looking to add a part-time hybrid/remote attorney to our team at Alexander Business Law.
What We Do.
We are a transactional business law firm that is focused on helping our clients create well thought out, documented, and profitable business relationships, partnerships, and succession plans, so they can enjoy their business and their lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business law (which could be transactional or in commercial litigation) or an adjacent area of law such as estate planning or asset protection.
● Have transactional business law, commercial litigation, estate planning or asset protection experience,
● Have practiced for at least 7 years,
● Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products,
● Have a strong initiative to get work done,
● Have a positive, friendly personality, and
● Are seeking a part-time, flexible working arrangement.
This would be a great opportunity for someone with family obligations (a stay-at-home mom or dad or caregiver) or other commitments who wants to continue working on interesting legal projects with enjoyable people while earning a good living part time.
