OnderLaw, a nationwide product liability and personal injury law firm based in St. Louis, is looking for a self-starter to join our Legal Support team to join our team.
Under the direction of the of the Director of Referrals, qualified candidate will be responsible for various projects to support our personal injury and products liability litigations. We are looking for someone who is a team player, eager to get the job done, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and assembling new client packets
Creating new case files for clients
Mailing correspondence to clients
Organizing client documents and files
Speaking with clients and providing updates on their cases
Coordinating and assigning new cases to attorney team
Performing monthly reconciliation
May assist with other administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Referrals
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 1-year office experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt, change pace quickly with a high degree of multi-tasking and time management
