Deputy Attorney General I-V – Child Protection Unit Jobs in Wilmington, DE at State of Delaware
Wyoming Community Bank is hiring a Compliance Officer that will perform a key role to help ensure that Bank initiatives and business processes comply with applicable Federal and State banking laws and regulations.
Location: Remote position within the State of Wyoming. Position will require regular travel to Wyoming Community Bank.

Responsibilities include, at a minimum:
– Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operations of the Bank related to the compliance function
– Assists various departments in evaluating policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
– Stays abreast of changes in regulation, guidance and best practices to inform management and provide information on compliance changes that may affect them and the necessary actions to fulfill regulatory requirements
– Evaluates the compliance of new products and services and help with the implementation of those services
– Performs monitoring of day-to-day activities and complete transactional testing to identify potential problems or deficiencies
– Reviews disclosures and calculations for various product offerings, document filing, and retention, posted notices, marketing and advertising
– Prepares reports for management and the Board of Directors concerning the compliance function
– Develops, administers, and delivers in-person training along with the development and tracking of computer-based training for all staff and the Board of Directors
– Attends Enterprise Risk Management Committees and Audit Committees as required
– Provides support and assistance to outside auditors when necessary
– Tracks the completion of concerns, issues and recommendations as recommended from monitoring, audits and exams
– Other duties as required
Required Education and Experience:
– Compliance certification(s) preferred
– Knowledge of Bank regulations and guidance

– Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively within a team environment.
– Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, regulators and examiners while maintaining strict confidentiality
– Strong decision making, analytical and investigative abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
