Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with litigation, including conducting legal research, writing motions, representing clients in court trials, conducting depositions, and attending court hearings. The role will be located in St Petersburg, FL.

Qualifications

 Strong knowledge of law, including civil and insurance defense litigation  Experience in preparing and presenting motions in court  Ability to represent clients in trials and work in various courts  Experience in conducting depositions and attending court hearings  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team  Admission to the Florida Bar  Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
