Description:
New Car Dealership has an immediate opening for: Automotive Contracts/Deals Clerk
Responsibilities:
Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy
Schedule Reconciliation
Submit and maintain record of 8300s
Maintain new and used car inventory
Process and submit payoffs for Trade-ins in a timely manner
Clear understanding of end of month close /able to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Must be reliable
Team player
Willingness and ability to work within a full spectrum of duties
Knowledge of CDK is a plus
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills both via email and oral
Minimum 2 years Dealership office experience
Knowledge of dealership accounting practices
Skill level:
Good organization and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
Ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers.
