Seeking to hire an experienced and knowledgeable Florida deposition attorney on a contract basis.
The deposition attorney will include preparing two expert witnesses for oral deposition and attending the zoom depositions.
The attorneys job is to make appropriate objections and instruct the witnesses when to answer questions and when not to answer them.
The deposition attorney must be experienced in applicable law governing depositions, and with Florida Rule Civil Procedure
I am representing myself, pro se, against a law school for breach of contract, discrimination, gross negligence. I am seeking attorney to attend depositions for the hired expert witnesses.
